Refund Policy

At OmniToolaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Items returned after the 7-day return window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
