Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned!

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
